MM Works creates instrumental, cinematic music in a cross-genre exploring jazz, classical and post rock elements. Compositionally the Copenhagen-based duo roams in a delicate balance of structure and freeplay, avant-garde and modern composition.

'Fieldworks' was recorded in April and September 2022. It is a free-flowing experiment centered around guitarloops being reamped and manipulated through analog guitar effects. While there's no particular countable rhythm, the free jazz-like drumming pulsates underneath the loops that are topped by guitar improvisations, loose melodies, and broader flute arrangements. The album is the groups first excursion into longform music.
